We've done it!! The mortgage (apart from 50 cents) is a fait accompli

We're not really good with debt... we hate it; so we've been looking forward to this day (night -- thank goodness for on-line banks!!) for some time. Actually, at the end it was a bit of a rush... and has ended up an amazing Christmas present!!

I've also done a timelapse of the front of the house over the 4.75 years:

Now we start saving our savings again... and start thinking what we may want to do in a couple of years when we'll have enough money to build or buy something different.
